Im starting tomorrow :D

Can anyone tell me the best tracker online or something I can print out please.

Also can you tell me how much hard cheese i can have daily. Im still gettin a bit confused with my 20g of carbs. I know 15g should be used on greens but the rest im not 100%. Can anyone advise :D
 
I don't know about the 'best' but most people use tickerfactory or myfitnesspal trackers.

Thanks guys. Yes i do have the book and im just reading it at the mo. I have been on the website and have read upon read about the diet just getting myself in a muddle I think !!
 
take your time not a race do it right and the weight will drop off
