Weighed in again today and yet again had the OMG feeling in the pit of my stomach as I drove to see my cdc.....I needn't have worried I lost another 4lb. I am loving this diet and wish I had done it yrs ago!

Hiya - had weigh in today and down 1 stone and 2 pounds!! Really pleased as was feeling so crappy at the start of the week!
