Hi all, hope everyone is well and in good fettle. Well Ive just come off the atkins diet (which i couldnt maintain), found that all i could think about was food. Couldnt stick to any diet plan really. So Ive come up with "eat no more than 10g of fat per meal. Starting today. Anyone done or tried this, any other ideas are welcome. :)
