Trijian's Food Diary

Was given advice by another member to post my food diary, so that I can get advice on what I'm doing right/wrong. I've had to write off the past couple of days, due to not having appropriate food in the house, but I'm making every effort to make sure it takes off today. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

No, that's one of my biggest problems right now, just can't always find a way to put it in.

I'm thinking of just finding a 250ml bottle/container, and portioning out milk into that each day, and if it's still there at the end of the day, just drink it. I'm not into hot drinks so much, so wouldn't really use it for tea/coffee, and I don't eat cheese every day.
