Trouble sleeping

In the past couple of weeks I have real trouble getting to sleep at night and have even taken to Nytol now and again when I have something I need to be alert for the next day.

Has anyone else had this problem on LL or any other VLC/Low Carb diet?

No - not had trouble sleeping.....are you sure you're not just excited cos Santa's coming????
