It was very hard for me to trust in a plan that you don't constantly feel hungry or become obsessed with food. But I decided to completely go for it & forget everything I had learned from previous diets AND I have lost 6lb in my first week! I have not once felt hungry or deprived and I have a massive appetite! So for anyone wondering how this plan can work when you can eat so much, I say, trust in the plan & forget everything you've been told by previous diet....it works! X
