trust in the plan!

#1
It was very hard for me to trust in a plan that you don't constantly feel hungry or become obsessed with food. But I decided to completely go for it & forget everything I had learned from previous diets AND I have lost 6lb in my first week! I have not once felt hungry or deprived and I have a massive appetite! So for anyone wondering how this plan can work when you can eat so much, I say, trust in the plan & forget everything you've been told by previous diet....it works! X

Trust and believe in the plan and follow it - and the life you want is out there for you - you may get there quickly, you may take your time - but Food Optimising has got to be one of the best weight management plans out there.

I can't begin to credit Slimming World (in all it's forms - head office, group, consultant, forums such as this) enough for the changes it's brought to my life.

I really wish I had discovered SW sooner, I actually can't believe I put my body though things like VLCD's! I don't think I've every tried so many lovely foods in 1 week & i'm enjoying it. It is still a little strange to feel full yet know you're losing weight, I really have drummed it into my head for so many years that you have to feel hungry (& miserable) to lose weight but you don't. Thank you all for your lovely comments x

I was at the SW Greatest Loser awards ceremony this week in London as one of the top 10 - and was sat next to the husband of a previous Greatest Loser winner (2008 i think it was) who had lost (and maintained) 18st. We both agreed on one thing, and there were other conversations on the same subject around the table. If you're going hungry on Food Optimising - then you're doing something wrong - there is never a need to go hungry on this plan.

Thank you, that's really good to know especially coming from people who have done so well on the plan, a real inspiration!!
