Try on your old clothes!!

Whilst my weight loss so far is very slow (first 3 weeks of SW), i have taken inspiration from the fact that I tried on a number of old clothes on the weekend, that used to fit me in the old days, or even gape and pull in parts. They were baggy! It felt so good!!!

So everyone should now think of a top or pair of trousers that they used to avoid because of being too snug - try them on and see the difference!!! And then keep them forever as a constant reminder!

This is a really good idea. I am at the start of my weight loss but defiantly keep my "big pants" and do this.
