trying easy orange today help

    :wave_cry:Hi just doing some roast potatoes fat free. On page 5 it says i can enjoy unlimited potatoes lean meat etc but when i look in the back it says 28gms is free so please tell me can i have more than 28gms or not???:sigh:

    Yes, if it's free then then it is free for 1g, 50g, 100g or 1kg! Although remember that moderation is important so you should eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger just because it is a free food.

    make sure you read the top of the page your on carefully otherwise you will be confused.


    EE means you can have unlimited green day foods and red day foods together..

    green days you will have certain amounts of red day foods your allowed as part of your healthy extra allowance, and visa versa for the red days .. x

    Good luck! My first WI tomorrow as well!

    28g is just an average serving size they use throughout the book....so that could be 28g of sugar or 28g of something heavier like potatoes....it did confuse me until I realised that!

    28gm is an ounce and that is why they use that amount xxx
