TRYING SOMETHING NEW

    I'm not engaged at the moment to redo my hardcore eating plan which I did this time last year so.... thinking about, well no starting tomorrow I'm trying something new.

    I'm going to replace breakfast and lunch with a protein shake (low cal and low carb/sugar and low fat). Dinner off my old plan which will be low cal and sometimes natural carbs (vege) or high protein. 2 peices of fruit per day and afternoon snack of either celery/carrot stick or 100g of yoghurt.

    Aiming for the gym or at least 3/4 exercising sessions a week.

    Please feel free to add your suggestions.

    It sounds like a plan Bren. See how you get along with it. The protein shakes and vegetables should ensure you get your allowance of vitamins and mineral.

    Thanks darl, I also take a multi and flaxseed nearly everyday.

    Hoping for another couple of cm's off the waist on Thursday, I'll keep you posted.
