T's Food Diary Part Two

Hi there yes i do have every Saturday off i class it as flexible and still lose. I try to keep to SW food for the day but go out on the town and drink alcohol.

The way i look at it is i am not going to give up my life and i want this to be forever, so it may slow my slimming down but i still have the lifestyle i want.

The weeks i gain is when i go over syns in the week not if i drink on a Saturday.

But beware if i have takeway after a night out which i dont syn the pounds start to pile back on.
 
Monday * - Red Day

Breakfast - Banana

Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf, 2 slices of Low Low Cheese, Tomato, Ham all made into a toasted sandwich

Tea - Schwartz Authentic Peppered Beef between 3 people 2.5 syns, Beef, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Pepper, Onion, Mushroom

Snacks - Frozen grapes, 2.5 syn black forest fruit and white chocolate roulade 5 slices, 1 slice = 0.5 syns

As i have a cold i have had 2 x whisky, lemon, honey and sugar drinks - 4.5 syns each = 9 syns

Breakfast - Frozen Grapes, Special K - 5 syns

Lunch - 6 Ryvita Crackerbread Wholegrain with 2 dairylea triangles light, Mullerlight

Tea - Homemade Beefburgers, Salad, McCains Rustic Chips 300g - 3 syns

Dessert - 2.5 syn black forest fruit and white chocolate roulade 5 slices, 1 slice = 0.5 syns

Snacks - WW Cheese Puffs - 3.5, Mcvities Shorties -6.5, Almond slice 5 syns

Whisky, honey sugar and lemon drink for sore throat - 5 syns

Dinner - Easy Peasy Cheesy Pie with Beans
 
2lbs of this week so i have now lost a stone again.
I now need to stay focused and not put on this week, this is my normal trend so i need to ensure i stick to plan this week.
Highlights of last week
Aldi Lamb Shank in Rosemary and Mint Sauce - 3.5 really good
Easy Peasy Cheesy Pie - Quick easy and filling next time add crispy bacon and onion.
 
Easy Peasey Cheesy Pie
Ingredients:
1 pack of cheesy smash (the little one that serves 3)
1 pack of cheese and broccoli Batchelors pasta n sauce
1 tub of quark
3 eggs

Optional extra: HEXa 42g crumbled feta, handful of wilted spinach

Method
Put smash and pasta n sauce in large mixing bowl and give a little mix
Pour water on top enough to cover everything and stir

When moist, add quark and stir in again
Add eggs slowly, stirring all the time
If you have big bowl of slimy goop right now, you have done this right!!

Add your additional ingredients, this could be cooked bacon bits, ham, a HEX of Laughing Cow Light, you could top with HEX of grated cheddar, cooked broccoli, mushrooms, flaked salmon. I like to take a handful of spinach, squirt with fry light and wilt, then stir into mixture with handful of crumbled feta (HEXa 42g)

Bake in oven for 30 mins on 190. It will rise and be all souffle-like and tastes a bit like a greggs pasty but without the pastry.

If you don’t want additional ingredients, pie will still be awesome, the basic recipe is the top part, you can be as inventive as you want!

Brilliant with a salad or even some baked beans. I like SW chips and mushy peas, thank you very much. It’s even nice cold the next day with some salad in your lunchbox for work! And the best part?
ONE SYN (plus your optional HEX) FOR ENTIRE PIE ON GREEN OR EE!!

I made it with the free smash not the cheese one, really yummy x

Lunch - 1 chicken kebab and 1 lamb kebab

This was all the food i had as i was out drinking, so a flexible day today.

So it is official if i do not keep a food diary i do not stick to plan, how silly is that???
Another 1lb on as i have not stuck to plan and eaten everything in sight.
This week i will get back on it, but i have to say in my defence i did go to see prodigy and pendulum saturday so could not have
stuck to plan if i wanted too.

I need to remove my blue sticker as 4lb off before i can have it back.......

A really good day really enjoyed my tea and have picked up some great tips through spend an hour surfing around on minimins. Hopefully this was the motivation i need to get back on track. Fingers crossed.

Went shopping last night for some bits for the week so i thought i would make a list of meal ideas so i do not forget what i have put in the freezer.

Haddock - enough for 1, try Slimming eats yellow pepper sauce
Sea Bass - enough for 2, do in oven with herbs and lemon in foil
Chicken Breast Curry
Low fat sausages, Sw grill up
Aldi Lamb shanks with mash and veg
