Tuesday At Home Weighers!

Had a HUGE bad week... fighting a cold and socialising... Saturday was hard as what was on offer was nuggets and party food! Last night was just as difficult with a cheese and wine party... lost barely 1lb this week! Back to basics again!

Put 3lb on!!!!!!! I know I went off plan quite a bit since Saturday but I definitely don't deserve THAT! I bet I'll have lost it again tomorrow! Ok, so I went to the pub Saturday afternoon, but I didn't go mad, then I went out again Sunday teatime (admittedly we did have a 'few'). But I managed to stay away from the chocolate on Sunday. Trouble is, I prepared everything for Sunday lunch, then ended up going out, so had Sunday lunch on Monday evening, which isn't good before a weigh-in the next morning. Anyway, no more excuses, that 3 lb is coming off this week, plus an extra pound!!! :sigh:
 
I blew off green and then ate badly for two days (well not badly, but not so good either) and then started ee on thursday. I'm weighing myself just for a starting point for ee and see how this plan goes. It's also *week so hoping some of that is phantom weight!

Hi everyone,

I have lost 2.5lbs this week, I am very happy with that considering I didn't stick to plan 100% over Easter. Damage limitation now for next week, so 100% week for me. Well done on all your losses this week. xx

Started ee last week as wasn't getting anywhere with green and I've lost 2lbs. So I'm well chuffed and that's with no exercise as I'm studying for exams and well they take precedent I'm afraid.

Well done everyone on your losses!
 
Well - I said last week that I would lose the 3lb I put on, plus an extra pound - and I have! Really chuffed to have lost 4lb at weigh-in this week. A big lesson learned there. Well done everyone else on your losses x
 
Didnt lose anything this week but didnt put any on either!! dont know why as I havent cheated... perhaps my portions are TOOOOO big! Back to the smaller plate.
 
I think i am also having too big portions Susie, lets both cut down together! Had monday of been my weigh in day then i would have put on a pound but thankfully overnight i lost that and another.
So 1lb off for me today, pleased with that.
Must admit it is hard to get my head around losing weight slowly but at least i can eat more than milkshakes on this diet! x
 
I should have waited and weighed myself today instead... I put a new battery in my scales and weighed in actually losing that last bit for my first Stone... Hooray! its taken long enough!
 
I have just started weighing at home as getting to group with our stupid shifts at work is not always possible. My scales are 3 pounds different to group (checked over the previous few weeks) so was chuffed to lose 8 1/2 this week (5 1/2 actual if I take the 3 off) Actually feel it has taken some of the pressure off and I am more relaxed this week and finding it easier to stay 100% so onwards and downwards, as they say.
 
I've been following Slimming World for the past 5 weeks and I started off by using the Extra Easy plan. I enjoy cooking so I loved all of the recipes, but I just found that the weightless was quite slow. I lost 6lbs over 4 weeks. I have followed Slimming World before and I used to stick original days during the week then green days at the weekend when I did more sport. So I decided to go back to that way of thinking and I've already lost 3lbs in 3 days! Think I'll go back to EE when I've shifted what I need to.

I stayed the same this week which I'm really happy with funnily enough. I was studying for exams last week and no exercise as I was stuck in the flat for 6 days, went out for food shopping on one of them. Plus didn't have tons of money so was short on the veggies, but stocked up this week. I'm in the middle of doing exams so still no exercise, but do have the veggies side of things.

If I'm still the same next week I'll also be happy with that as I'm back to exercise class next wed after a month off and I haven't put anything on so that makes me happy. So I should begin to lose weight again from next week onwards. No more exams, back to being able to exercise both in class and out.

Well done for the loses!
 
Weighed in this morning - 2.5 pounds off - total of 21 pounds in 10 weeks
 
I couldnt get online yesterday and am glad I didnt do my regular Tuesday weigh in but did it today instead.... I didnt lose or gain thank goodness... It is our 41 yrs wedding anniversary this week and we were away last weekend and did have 2 buffet breakfasts which is easy on SW and we tried to eat a lot of fruit during the days... but the last two days we had a steak dinner and last night Pulled Pork with hubby and son which was very nice and SW but...... washed it down with wine so I thought I would gain some llbs... thankfully I havent so far and managed to get from a size 20 skirt to a size 18 today so am dead chuffed!
 
having a nightmare at the moment!! was at a total loss of 28 pounds (srated in jan) and put on a pound last week due to being out of my normal routine. since the gain have totally loss my way and cant seem to remain motivated, ive had a loss every week this year whther it was half a pound or a pound and feel totally lost! im so sure ive put on more weight this week so am dreading tomorrow night now, im so worried its going to push me further off the wagon if i do gain!! help someone please!!!
 
I didn't posting what I had to eat yesterday as it was my last exam so went out for a pint and a meal and I had a whole lindt chocolate santa! Figured that would last my syns for the week and was expecting a good gain for today. Apparently not, I lost 2lbs! Not complaining at all, just really surprised to see myself in the next stone category to the point I went 'huh'

Is it only me or do when you hit the next stage you wonder if that is correct and feel weird for being there?
