Congratulations to all on your weight losses. I have my first one this evening . It's my time of the month as well so here's hoping that I'll at least have a small loss, I have tried so hard this week and will be gutted if it's not worked.

I am so chuffed, after being worried about it being totm, I have lost 4lb.

I know it is only my first week and nearly everyone has a big loss at this time but at least it gives me some incentive that I am doing it right.
