I lost 1/2lb which i am really surprised at, if I hadnt blown out at the weekend I think it would have been a good loss this week.... but it did mean I got my club 10 yipppeeeeee

wow, I wish it was 1.5 for SOW in my class. I've never seen it go for less than 2.5, and tonights went to a guy who lost 4lbs!!

I once got SOTW for losing 1/2lb I was very shocked, not a good week for my group apparently!

Just half a pound this week. Disappointed as have stuck to it 100%. Last two weeks have lost 6lbs so expected a good loss again. Never mind, at least it's a loss!

Hey girlies.

I was in Brussels so couldn't WI this week, but just wanted to say WELL DONE on such a fantastic result this week- truly amazing.

I had a couple of days off while I sampled the waffles, chocolates and beer of Belgium but got straight back on track again at home so really hoping for a STS next Tuesday................see you all then!!!!

The battery in my scales at home needs replacing, so I've absolutely no idea what I weigh this morning
