3lbs off for me this week Mostly EE as it doesn't require much thought! Not sure how I'm gonna get by this week as I'm at T in the Park from Friday to Monday!

Lost 1/2lb which got me my 2st Award Woohoo!
So even though it was just a 1/2lb loss, i'm happy with the overall 2st loss .
Now just need to work towards the next half stone loss!
