I was 10 stone before my son then went to 12.8!!!! I did eat everything in sight tho, ha ha! I'm starting to think I might see how far I can get Down to my recommended weight, between 8-9stone. Xx

My group meets on Tuesday in Dublin; I've been doing this wonderful diet since October 2010... its been a rollercoaster ride TBH! Recent weight losses have been small - .5lb/1lb so was getting a likkle despondent as I was achieving 2.5-4lb on good weeks...
But am delighted to report 1.5lb loss this week - not bad considering I was bold for St Paddy's day (17th March - totally unplanned honestly but after it I didn't take any syns from 18th til yesterday's WI!) but kinda peeved as I'm 1lb away from my 2 stone award! Next week...
