Tuesday Weighers

7.5 hours till mine - I moved to Thursdays but still like to check in with the Tuesday gang x
 
I'd love to join in with all you tuesday weigh er iners (new word lol) need some motivation!
First weigh in Tuesday just gone an lost 4lbs hoping for more but was star week.

im nervous about tuesdays impending weigh in!! not sure why cos ive been good btu dont feel like ive lost much like i did last week. im having a green day today because i only have potatoes and pasta in haha waiting for shopping to come tomorrow. but i dont have much if any super free stuff in :/ i had my last piece of fruit for breakfast, i have some mushrooms and tomatoes and salad, but doing sw chips and egg for lunch and sw macaroni cheese for tea....any ideas using the very little superfree i do have, bearing in mind im not a great fan of tomatoes, so would have to be something special lol
 
Well my scales at home haven't changed much this week . So no chance of my 3 st award :( don't mind really because I've exceeded what I thought I'd lose but I'm gonna try red days for a couple of days only done ee before so would appreciate any tips :)

STOP SCALE HOPPING! :D

I have a few reds under my belt for this weeks weigh in (currently only did EE as all I was told about when joining mid August) I don't have great losses with EE so wanted to try Red, so far loving it :)

I'm excited about Tuesday weigh in as if my scales are correct I'll be getting my half stone award in my second week!!! :-D
Do people find they lose more if they do a green or red week? I'm on extra easy at the min as wanted to break myself in steady!!
Any advice gratefully received xx
