4lb this week- got my 5 1/2 stone award, into the next stone bracket AND i got voted miss slinky!!! shocked!!

Just back and well chuffed - 2.5 lb lost, slimmer of the week and won miss slinky ... 2.5 for 4 stone perhaps next week but definately the week after...

Well done lydia, 3lbs is amazing! Was it expected? I only lost 1.5lbs but it was more than I thought as been ill and unable to exercise.

im not sure lol, i didnt use all my syns every day but i went out at the weekend and on sunday i had a fab ice lolly (4 syns), i drank alot of juice and coffee and had a mix of red and green days x

STS for me this week, which is a bit disappointing, as I saved syns for my night out last Friday.
Oh well, onwards and downwards! At least it wasn't a gain. The one gain I did have really nags at me now, even though I totally deserved it lol

Next week I plan to have that 3.5lb off for my club 10!!!
