Hi I used to go to group which was on a wednesday evening wi but for my stress levels and sanity I've joined sw online and so my new wi is on a tuesday morning (first thing lol) at home and for my first wi I lost 1lb...i'm very happy! Onwards and downwards

Hi everyone I'm new to the boards, and have just finished my 4th week of slimming world, lost another 1.5lbs, giving me a total loss of 13lbs in 4 weeks! Im chuffed!! Well done everyone on your losses!! Xxx

Not a great week this week 0.5lb gain but it was very worth it might out in Leeds
Got a week til holiday going to be an angel and loss that and more by then!

Wow well done on some amazing losses. I lost 1 & jst 1/2 away from 1 1/2 stone award but home 4 wknd 4 mums 60th but will have a look @ menu b4 hand 2 try work in x
