Stayed the same this week Right new week has begun Didnt do the usual treat after weigh in coz a) i dont deserve it and b) i'm starting as i mean to go on
7 weeks until chrismas so lets stay/get focussed and we will all get results we deserve

Is actually really excited to get weighed tonight and get it over with so I can start again!! Been away on a weekend bender!! Feel so unhealthy right now so I'm mega looking forward to it tonight! Tomoro is a new start!!

I weigh at 7:30 but I'm so in this mind set with you! 7 weeks... That's a stone off surely if you have a consistent 2 lb loss a week or even Hal a stone for a pound off every week which is awesome!

C'mon the Tuesday weighers!!
