I weigh tomorrow and think I've done 2lbs, def no more than 3. Less than what I was aiming for but doubled referenced food on my fitness pal and calories were too low.
I've been off plan this week / best outcome would be a maintain but I think it's gonna be a gain of a few pounds.
Sometimes life is hard and the plan doesn't quite work that week. I am focused again though and ready to have a wonderful week and get whatever happens tonight out the way and gone by next week
Good luck and well done all Tuesday weighers!! Im not weighing tonight as I'm changing my weigh in day to Thursday group, much more convenient and a nicer consultant!
