Tuesday Weighers

Absolutely chuffed, 5.5lb off for me !!! NEVER have loses like that, got slimmer of the week plus moved into the 15's which i havent been in now for about 2years and i think i was half a pound heavier then than i am now! So chuffed, definately motivated me loads, feels sooooo good!!
Well done to everyone who faced the scales today!!xx
 
Well I made it to class and was rewarded with a 3lb loss & my 6 1/2st award! Happy days!
 
1/2 off for me :))
 
Weighed in tonight and lost 4.5 lbs.

So thats 2 Stones in 6 weeks, SOW every week so far.

Very happy.

Thanks Ruth! I'm only about half way through so I hadn't ever thought of posting before & after pics... First pic is 22st in Summer Bay from Home & Away (near Sydney) Australia & 2nd was a month ago in sunny Ireland

i really need to stick to it 100 percent this week
 
Despite being 100% all week I only lost 1/2 lb.:cry: Still, 1/2 is better than nothing. :) Hoping another 100% week will do the trick next week.
