I'm unsure how I feel about wi tbh. I had 2 occasions last week (thurs/fri) that involved alcohol and food although I did keep syns to minimal all other days (as in 1/2 max) and instead of diving into pizza and dough balls at the restaurant I had half a leggara pizza which has a rocket salad - massive nsv for me!
I gained 2 the previous week which took me back up to 10.13 1/2, so really hoping I've been on plan enough to get rid of the 2lb gain. Fingers well crossed and good luck to everyone! Go team Tuesday!! Xx
