After staying the same at last weighing I feel as though I just can't get back into itcraving chocolate non stop & my weight is getting me down! In obsessed with weighing myself (doing this twice a day) & when I see I'm heavier I eat more then feel even more down in the dumps it's just an endless cycle. Motivation needed!!! Summer is only round the corner x
Hello sorry to hear your struggling hun . For your sweet cravings have you tried going for muller yogurts, they are free or very low in syns. I love chocolate too so I've bought this bottle which SW recommend called `choc shot ' its very low in syns and its a squeezy chocolate than you can put over your desserts, its lush and I think its only 2 syns for 1 tbsp. Sainsburys sell it. Here it is - <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=129182"/> I also make cheesecakes using quark and Alpen Light bars as my hex and they are so rich I can't even finish them. I think you can get plenty of recipe ideas from here on mins. The questions is whether you have time to prepare stuff from scratch, if not then the choc shot bottle is great, you can squeeze some ontop of a muller with fruit its yummy. Also put your scales away, its not going to help you weighing every few hours, our body holds onto water sometimes and there are many other factors why our weight goes up and down on a daily basis, the only result that counts is the weekly one, so no point in giving yourself added stress. Relax and enjoy your meals, as long as you are within your 15 syns the weight will come off hun. For your savory fix, if your like me and can't be trusted with a multipack in the house, then just buy individual bags. Most crisps treat bags average at 5 syns which is fine, you can even have 2 if you want you will still be within your syns. I also love ryvitas (hex) with some philly light, really helps with my savoury cravings. I'm sure you will get lots of other fab ideas from other members on here. I hope this has helped somewhat .Hope you have a better week hun. Kay xx
Aw thanks for your response Kay, will definitely look into getting the chocolate sauceas for the scale business I'm thinking of just putting them in my car till Thursday ha! I love the ryvita minis as my healthy b salt & vinegar and sweet chilli

I weighted in at home on Tuesday as I was too embarrassed to go to class with sts- not sure if it's the same at your meeting but our leader asks us all individually how we have donedon't want to get into the habit of not going to class ad things will most certainly go down hill maybe that's why I'm finding it hard this week xx
I used to be like that when I started, I was very shy and felt embarrassed sharing a sts or a gain with the group. But I've found over time its even more important to go when you have a gain because that's when you need the support the most and your group members will be there to help you and also remember nobody has a 100% success rate, we all have weeks when we gain so your not alone hun.Gains and losses are all part of the weightloss journey . When you feel down again in the future, just remember failure does not come from falling, it comes from not picking ourselves up again
. You have already taken the first step and picked yourself up by writing on here and saying you want to change and I'm sure you will do it ! I don't want to hijack this Tuesday thread too much, but I am a regular member on here, anytime you want to talk, pop over to my diary, the link is in my signature I will be more than happy to help . I have lots of tips and recipes on there too which I love sharing with other members, so do pop in and say hi
. Hope you have a lovely evening hun . ps. If your on a phone and not the computer then you won't be able to see my signature so I'm posting the link to my diary on here for you anyway.

Feel like I am going to gain this weekjust been one if those weeks were I am not even thinking about what I'm eating or doing much exercise. I know I need to start trying again but there's saying it but a different matter actual doing it! x
Hey Roxy, sorry your feeling that way hun. Remember you can still have good losses without exercise. When I have weeks like that, I find it hard to focus and count everything but if you can try and make some small changes then at least you can hope for a sts rather than a gain. There are still a few days before Tuesday hun, drink lots of water and try and eat some superfree food these next few days, I'm sure you will do fine.Hugs Kay xx
Hey Lianne, I was exactly like that last week. The important part of what you said was 'declined the biscuits'. Woohoo, go you. I'd have probably caved in that instance so your willpower is great. I'd be thinking about super free & speed foods for the next couple of days, hopefully that will give your loss the boost you need.
