    day 2 of success express (fingers crossed) - will be happy with even 1lb loss this week!

    breakfast:
    2/3 plate = quorn sausages and plum tomatoes
    1/3 plate = baked beans
    plus = ketchup (1 sin)

    lunch:
    2/3 plate = salad and tomatoes
    1/3 plate = jacket potato
    plus = cheese triangles (1/2 hex a)

    dinner:
    2/3 plate = stir fry vegetables
    1/3 plate = half pack low fat supernoodles
    plus = 2 southern fried quorn burgers (5 sins)

    snacks = 4 sesame ryvita (hex b), cheese triangles (1/2 hex a), hi-fi bar (hex b), cheesy curls (3.5 sins)
