    Running a bit late today!

    Green day today, yea!

    B: 1 egg & 2 egg white omelette, 1 lc lite HE A
    L: Roasted bns, macaroni & cheese with tomatoes & mushrooms (CJ's recipe!!)
    D: Cracked black pepper quorn fillet, sw chips (or crisps), steamed asparagus

    S: grapes, mullerlight, homemade houmous with carrot sticks
    E: Rest day today
    W: 2-3 litres

    Just realised I have forgotten to use my HE B's, so will change the quorn for a chicken breast and roast it in 1 tsp olive oil HE B with thyme and lemon

    Red day today

    B 2 alpen light bars hexb and muller

    L 2 bowyers sausages 2 sins, bacon and poached eggs on 2 x ww danish with 2 tsp of low fat spread 2 sins and 2 tbsp ketchup 2 sins.

    D stewing steak with broccolli and cauli, other slice of ww danish.

    Afternoon.... I'm really cutting back to basics at the moment...

    B: Strawberries and Raspberries
    L: Low fat supernoodles and low fat yogurt
    D: Vegetable and chicken curry and rice

    S: Kelloggs Square crispy cake (oops) and loads of strawberries.
