Morning all!! Crappy and rainy :tear_drop: in London today, and all the sudden my hair is huge! :giggle:

B: Bagel 9 syns, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A

L: Garlic & lemon grilled chicken, salad, feta HE A

D: Quorn piece curry, rice, salad

S: nectarine, pear, banana
E: bike ride
W: 2-3 litres

Breakfast - Usual toast and laughing cow

Snack - Strawberries

Lunch - Cous cous with Tesco meat free burgers

Dinner - Vegetable frittata with salad

Snack - Mullerlight
 
Liking my red days at the moment ;-

Breakfast - Bacon, Quorn Sausage, Egg and tomato. 1 small slice WM bread (half a hexb)
Lunch - Salad Nicoise, FF Fromage Frais
Tea - Lamb moussaka (new pots - hexb), Broccolli and mange tout.
Snack - Banana, Seafood Sticks. Cheese (hexa) and other wm bread slice (half a hexb).

Just getting back into the swing of things:
Breakfast: weetabix
Lunch: made the 'smash' based pizza - not too bad if you cook the base until crispy before adding the topping
Tea: Quorn mince, in passata sauce with pasta

looking at this menu it doesn't look that great - not a lot of fruit and veg going on - must do better tomorrow!
 
breakfast: 42g crunchy bran (hex b), skimmed milk (hex a), banana.

lunch: 4 x sesame ryvita (hex b), half tub sundried tomato and basil pate (4 sins), beef space raider crisps (3 sins), fresh pineapple, grapes.

dinner: chickpea dahl, cous cous.

snacks: pasta, tinned tomatoes, 28g cheese(hex a), 2 x amaretti biscuits (2 sins)

D: Prawn salad with 3oz of pasta (not planned - friends daughter made meal for me!!)
