TS AAM Tummy Troubles!!!!

I started this diet yesterday & managed 2 whole days TS (very proud), but just wondering if its just a coincidence or is Exante contributing to my upset stomach tonight.

I woke up this morning & went for a number 2's a couple of times during the morning - now every time I drink my water its as if its going straight through me.

Hope I haven't caught a bug, but feeling ok apart from the added trips to the loo.

I wonder if its a bug? Its just that in most people it has the complete opposite effect Keep up your water though its important to drink plenty when you are "going often.." Hope you feel better soon x
