Extra Easy Tuna and Sweetcorn Fritters

I heard someone talking about these in a thread somewhere and they sounded right up my street.

I am not sure if they are something someone created or if they are are a recipe from a cookbook.

Does anyone have the recipe? If so, I would be really grateful if they could post it.

Its in the ee cookbook and lovely but smells like popcorn cos sweetcorn gotta be cooked in oven but is really nice. Soz dont have book to hand atm
