this is another of my randoms i made up from what i had in the cupboard, and it was quite tasty, and cheap too!!
this amont make enough for one but change depending on the amount of portions required:
1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
1/2 a medium onion
1 Tin on tuna
1 tsp of dried mixed hebs
1 tsp of sweetner
1 garlic clove
Light soy sauce
Frylight
1. Chop and fry onion in frylight until tender.
2. add minced garlic, cook for 1 minute
3. Add the tinned tomatoes, mixed herbs sweetner, and soy sauce (as much or as little as you like, to taster) and simmer on low for 5 minutes
4. Drain the tuna and add to the mixture and cook for about 5-10 minutes until hot and cooked through.
5. Serve with lots of free vegetables..........yummy
