Tuna on 1200 plan??

Can anyone tell me how much tuna i can have when for the lunch option it is a tuna and sweetcorn pitta bread??

Also for breakfast option it says a 250ml pure fruit smoothie - does this mean a shop bought one or one made up at home in blender with 250ml of liquid (yogurt or milk?) ?

annnnd.... 150g of diet yogurt - can this be like a muller lite yog or does it have to be plain??
