A quick and easy one for lunch:

    ingredients:
    2 tablespoons extra light mayonaise
1 pot fat free greek yoghurt (Asda do a good one for 50p :) )
    Tuna in brine - drained
    red and orange peppers
    sweetcorn (if so wished)
    wholemeal pasta
    salt and pepper to taste

Boil the pasta and drain. Leave to cool for a bit. Add the mayonaise and fat free yoghurt and stir into the pasta.
Cut up the peppers into small chunks and add to the pasta, add drained tuna and drained sweetcorn. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Syns:
    Extra easy: 1
Green: 1 + HEXB for the tuna
Red: 1 + HEXB for the pasta

A lovely recipe and only 1 syn for the mayonaise on extra easy if I'm not mistaken :) Hope I've got the HEXB etc and syns right :)

Am having it again for my lunch tomorrow at work ;)
You can of course add any other vegetables as desired :)

    Enjoy!! :)
