Tunnocks Teacakes

Hello,

Can someone please tell me the syns in a tunnocks teacake?

I dont have the nutritional values but these are the chocolate covered teacakes with the gooey marshmellow stuff inside - they are old skool in a red and silver foil wrapper!

I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I went to a shop before and they sold all old fashioned sweets and chocolate bars. Instead of buying a 1/4 of just about every selection of boiled sweets going i settled for the teacake instead - i think i made a good choice
