Turkey Chilli – 3.5 pts per serving (serves 4)
• 450 g turkey mince
• 1 410g large can, drained cooked kidney beans
• 1 large can canned tomatoes
• 1 large onion(s) diced
• 1 medium carrot(s) diced
• 4 level teaspoon tomato puree
• 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- Half a chopped red or green pepper
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder (more or less depending on how hot you like it)
• 2 portion Oxo Beef Cubes
Sauté onion & carrots and pepper in Frylite for 5 mins, then remove from pan.
Brown mince in Frylite, and once sealed (no pink meat showing) return the vegetables.
Add the tomato puree, herbs, chilli, crumbled Oxo cubes and stir through until mixed throughout.
Add tin of tomatoes, and a tin of water
Add kidney beans
Bring Chilli to the boil, then turn the heat down to number 3 or 4 on the hob.
Simmer for 45 mins, until the meat is soft, and the Chilli is thickened.

Serve with 60g rice for 3 points
