ok so im back to SW this week with a bang - joined last year, went to 1 class and never went back - stupid !!!!!

Would love if anyone can advise me if this food diary is ok

B - 2 weetabix - HEX B

Mid Morning - Muller Light Yogurt
Scrambled eggs and beans

L - Pasta and green pesto - 1 syn
chicken and cous cous

D - Dried Noodles
Blue dragon tomatoe sauce - 4 syns

Snacks - Mullerlight cherry - 2 syns

Total syns for today - 7

MM - Banana and Mullerlight

L - Pasta and Tomatoe based sauce

D - Dried Noodles
Blue Dragon chow mein sauce - 4 syns
Turkey slice

Snacks - Velvet Crunch - 4 syns
Pineapple and Mulelrlight
mini kit kate - 5.5

Total syns used - 13.5

Are you having anything with your weetabix?? You haven;t written that you are using your HEXA. If you are doing extra easy you need to get your 1/3 superfree in too, I'm not seeing much in the way of fruit'n'veg!! Good Luck with it tho xx

its not just myself that thinks that then... i would go and stash up on lots of superfree foods , speed things up b4 your w.i get some grapes, pineapple melon ect down ! add salad, fruit or veggies to each meal eg.. breakie.. yohurt with hifi or mini choc weetabix with a banana or some raspberries.
lunch add mushrooms/tomatoes ect to your eggs and beans.
and dont forget your hex a but measure it, you would be surprized how much stodge is in a glass of milk!

Will add a banana to my all bran in the morning and cover it with mullerlight

Dinners are usaually loaded with veg but have had a very busy week
