Friday 24th Sept

Breakfast - 1slice wholemeal bread with a slice of cheese (no milk at work!)

Lunch - omlette with quorn sausage and mushrooms, cucumber and tomato

Dinner - Morrisons sausages (1/2 syn each) baked beans, SW chips, banana


Saturday 25th Sept

Breakfast - 28g Shredded wheat minis with milk

Lunch - melon, grapes, Tesco Hot smoked salmon salad (need to check points)- update!!! 10 syns in the salad :(

Snack - pineapple

Dinner - DH insisting on going out for Indian, so don't even ask!!!!!
 
Tuesday 28th Sept

Breakfast - 28g porridge with blueberries (an all time fave!)

Snack Banana and apple

lunch - see snack!

Snack - 17g ripple bar, 1.5 idgestive biscuits, Hartleys low sugar jelly

Dinner - Jacket potato, onion and chive cottage cheese, baked beans, lean cold roast beef (yum :) )
 
Weigh in tomorrow, DH has been trying to sabotage me all week :(
 
Wednesday 29th Sept

Breakfast = 28g crunchy bran cereal thing with SS milk and a banana

Lunch - tin of dynamite hot chilli con carne with Uncle bens rice = wasn't very nice and has left me with stomach cramps!!! an apple

Dinner - wholemeal past, shallots, garlic, mushrooms, mixed beans and tuna in chopped tomato. was yum and plenty left for lunch tomorrow :)
 
Can't remember what I ate yesterday!

However today has been a good day :)

Saturday 2nd October (how did that creep up on me?)

Breakfast - 28g porridge with blueberries and SS milk

Lunch - banana, satsuma and a yoghurt

Dinner - parma wrapped pork (3 syns as split between 3 of us) (delish, will cook again) carrots, courgette, broccoli, SW roast potatos and parsnip.
Dh has promised me eggs for breakfast before i go to work tomorrow :) (he must really love me to get up and cook me breakfast and make my lunch!!!)
 
Sunday 3rd October

Breakfast - scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomatos

Lunch - Tuna sandwich (HEB) with 1tbsp mayo, cucumber, apple (2.5 syns)

Dinner - Roast chicken (no skin), SW roast potatos, cauliflower, swede and carrot, gravy and glass of wine (9 syns)

Dh has made a crumble with apple so won't even bother synning it as will be over today but have been good for the rest of the week :)
 
Wow! can't believe I haven't been on here for a few days!

Wednesday 6th October

Breakfast - 28g cereal (cant remember what its called!) with SS milk (HEA)

Snack - 1 apple

Lunch - chicken pasta meal from Prezzo (under 650cals per serving) went out with my mum for lunch

Snack - Kiwi

Dinner - Chilli con carne and rice with dollop of fromage frais - free 1 glass red wine ?7 syns (cant be bothered to get up and check my book!) but feel I am below syns total today :)

Thursday 14th October *

B - scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, grilled toms and mushrooms

L - Jacket potato with baked beans and cheese (HEA)

D - New potatos, cauli, broccoli, carrots, steak and 1 tbsp light salad cream

washed down with a glass of red wine.
 
Friday 15th October*

B - porridge with banana and skimmed milk

L - Ainsley H cous cous with mixed beans, chicken tikka, roasted peppers, toms

snack = one tiny little cadbury fudge hero :)

D = syn free burger, SW chips, huge salad and a satsuma couple of syns for ketchup (in the burger and on the side!)
 
Saturday 16th October*

B - ff yoghurt and a banana

L - Chicken tikka sandwich with cucumber (HEB)

snack - satsuma, apple

Dinner - jacket potato, cauli, broccoli, carrots, chicken wrapped in parma ham and stuffed with extra light garlic and herb soft cheese, blob of greek ff yog and 42g of cheese on potato! 2.5 syns

Fancied a choccy biscuit so Aldi Wacko - 5 syns was rather yummy :)
 
Monday 18th October

B - porridge with blueberries

lunch/snack - banana, satsuma and yoghurt

snack - pineapple, melon, grapes

Dinner - SW wedges, baked beans, cold chicken

Snack Wacko chocolate bar - 5 syns
 
If I don't lose this week its because of the baked cheesecake, ice cream and crackling, not together I might add!!!!

Anyway, Sunday 31st Oct

B = 'fried eggs', mushrooms, tomato
L= banana,
Snack = a finger of fudge
Dinner = roast pork, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, SW roast potatoes, gravy also pinched the crackling = must get dh to carve the meat next time!!!! no idea on syns but way over allowance!!!!!!!!

I have been very busy and made SW quiche and a roasted pepper and butternut squash soup for lunch during the week.
 
Monday 1st November

B = 28g porridge with SS milk

Snack = apple

Lunch = SW quiche

Dinner = Jacket potato, cold pork, baked beans, Extra light soft cheese and 1tbsp light Anchor (5.5 syns)

Snack to beat chocolate craving - treat size chocolate buttons - 4 syns
