Two stone off in 5 weeks......can i do it????

Had a "latte" mid afternoon made up of vanilla caramel pack made hot with spoonful of coffee, it was yum! Had 3 litres of water and been running to the loo all day yawn!! Had a few olives earlier too as part of my veg allowance, still can't believe I can eat olives on S&S!! I even checked with S&S and everything I'm doing is allowed!

Hope day 2 goes as well as today x
 
Be great to think I could get 2 stone off by then too, how are you getting.on hun?

Good day so far, although I'd like some advice if possible people? I had porridge for breakfast then we went to the beach, I forgot to take a pack and was shaken so when my family had fish and chips I got a fish and side salad then I took the batter off the cod, it wasn't a big fish so in reality I had cod and lettuce with a bit of cucumber. Do you think that will be ok? Have just had a chic shake so good for now!!
 
End of day 3..... All going fine.

Just had chicken with spring onions and lettuce with a drop or two of balsamic vinegar, was yummy. Will the vinegar affect going into ketosis?? Hope not.
Still got a litre of water to drink so will have that while I'm watching tv tonight!! (will be running to the loo every ten minutes no doubt!! Excessive in itself!) :)
 
Day 5

Choc shake for breakfast
Just had a yummy salad for lunch! Lettuce, green and black olives, gherkins and chicken....mmmmm!
Lemon yog and white choc bar in fairly quick succession to salad :-( not good. Have put the other bars I had in the freezer, so I can't just scoff them!

Where is my willpower????!!!!!
 
I have zero willpower when it comes to bars!!

Your doing great hun, try to space things out it helps

Oh and avoid the olives so high in calories, not worth it

Really? I knew they were fairly high in calls but were allowed them aren't we?? I've not had a weigh in yet and have got my fingers and toes crossed really right for it in Tuesday!! How you doing today? X
 
It's entirely up to you hun, but personally don't think they are worth the calories

Thanks Rebekah, yes I see where you're coming from! I've had two bad days (already!!) and so have had a loss of 2lb, should have been more of course but at least it's a loss :-(
 
I know this thread is a little old, but just wanted to say that it is definitely possible! I lost 2 stone in exactly a month the last time I did Exante :)
