Total Solution Two weeks in and already feeling the benefit!

Two weeks in and I have lost 16lbs. I weigh in on Friday so I hope I've lost some more this week. Have just done my measurements again after two weeks. Looking good! I was wondering how you keep on track. I've not cheated at all, but am nervous about having a week of adding meals - any tips for not falling off the wagon?
 
Well done Fifisands, your weight loss is fab! Im new to Exante and also have the same anxietys as you about the food week.
 
Hiya, on week four and had my first "meal" last night. I had turkey steak and green veg. I actually wasn't hungry and felt I should eat some of it. I managed about 1/4 of what was on my plate. My husband is taking me out for dinner tonight, which will be a challenge.

Will let you know how it goes.
