Have some guests staying over since yesterday until at least Sunday, so can't pop on here for the motivation as much as I'd like. Was hoping to stick to the 100% this week, but looks like yesterday I blew it at night. I had a good morning/lunch, but dinner time (when they arrived) had half a chapati and some chicken curry and 2 pieces of fried fish. Gosh hope I didn't do too much damage as I WI on Monday!!! This morning made pratha (like chapati's but with a lot of butter), but somehow I have resisted...let's see the rest of the weekend- God help me!

Plan plan plan !!! Have food around you can nibble freely on espescially whilst you are doing preparation. Can your guests have a slimming world meal? They need never know. Good luck and stay positive xx
