Uh-Oh !

Ok, so last week went great. Stayed under my pp every day and didnt even touch my 49 weekly points but so far this week has been a disaster :sigh: I was ill on Friday and most of Saturday with a vomiting bug and so I had only managed to eat a slice of toast but when I started feeling better Saturday evening my appatite came back with a bang and I havent managed to stop eating junk since :d'oh: So I've got my weigh in tomorrow and im praying I'll at least stay the same ! Any one else find it hard to get back into tracking etc after "falling off the wagon"?

I know exactly what you mean...I stopped tracking a few weeks ago as i thought, whats the point cos i know the values of everything i eat...well mcdonalds found me over the last few weeks, i never used to be fussed with mcdonalds but ive had one every week for the last 4 weeks...plus i went to the cinema on friday and had lunch out with my OH on sat...its a nitemare! My wedding is 4 weeks on sunday and ive been mega stressed recently sorting out the plans so ive lost my way with planning meals and have resorted to quick meals quite a few times now...ive been lucky so far it doesnt seem to have afftected my wi however i missed my wi last week cos i was at dress fitting so im dreading going to my wi tomoro!!

I make a fresh start yesterday though, i've started tracking properly online again :)

Hahahaha I know what you mean! Guessing and rounding values is a killer! Im moving to Australia in less than two weeks so Im finding it hard to plan out my days meals and that because it seems like every other day someone wants to meet you for lunch, dinner, coffee etc before I go, it's a nightmare!
