Ducolax works best only need one as they are very strong. Take it before bed and if you've not been woken up in the night needing to go then when you get up you sure will!!

i put 1 teaspoon of fibre clear in my lunch shae and evening shae and i had gone before going to bed. That was quite a few days ago now and been going fine since. Ducolax is definately ok tho i phoned the helpline to as what i was allowed.
