    access the valentine challenge as using the computer at work and there is a block on it (i work in a school). I am not sure how much i want to use as yet, as i have my first class tomorrow after christmas break. havent been entirely good so hoping for a damage of 4lbs at the most.

    thanks, i think i will need it. but i am now back on track, after christmas and new year. have bought a little set of scales. i cant really justify spending £40 on scales at this point. but i thought that as long as i can find out how much things weight then i can work out the points.

    I've just been using some really cheap kitchen scales & they really have been fine. I just 'want' the WW kitchen scales but you don't need them really. Well done for getting back on track :)
