Just back from my week 16 weigh in and I do have a confession to make! I was away for the weekend and turned into a human skip on Saturday and Sunday. :break_diet:
I got straight back on it Monday and did an hour of exercise Tuesday and last night and boy do my abs ache today from sit ups! :character00115:
On the plus side, I lost 2lb this week, which brings me to 199lb and over half way to goal! Woohoo! :wow:
