Unexpected twist

I am on my first day of Cruise. By the end of the first day of Attack, I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do this diet.

On the second day, I sorted myself out a bit, got in some good ingredients and despite the headache, felt better but was craving vegetables.

Yesterday I started feeling really great as the day went on.

And today - the day I'm meant to be having those longed for veg - I'm really not bothered one way or the other whether I have any. I know I should, but is it that way for everyone?

Totally how i feel...take it or leave it kind of feeling towards it (despite craving it) but know its good for me!! Im gonna make soup, x

Ditto folks... not really even thinking about what I can't have. Very bizarre. I'm craving absolutely nothing (not even wine!!!)

It's fantastic not to be plagued by those awful cravings, but definitely do start introducing veg, KidA. It's good for you and will help with any transit issues.

Must admit that I was more than ready for some veg when I started Cruise! :)
