    OK, so last Wednesday i started doing 790 and on Sunday started SSing and I know i shouldn't have scale-hopped but i just did and it says I've lost 9lbs!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::D it was so good to see those scales say 16 something!! im so excited and motivated to keep going!!
    I know thats not defo but my WI is on Friday so we will see then!!:)

    I am on Day 2 of SS and it's that TOTM - great!
    It is hard at first, but it does get easier......I repeat this hourly!!!

    I would like this to be approx 3-4 wks from now & still be SS'ing and over a stone lighter, I feel heavier than ever this afternoon :eek::eek::eek: must be all the water

    Hi Lisa , whats wrong with having a look , i was reading on a site yesterday CD site it was , to look every day for the first week to see it coming off , but i weigh every day have for a long time. It just depends on the person . But that is great 9lb ! well done !
