    after a major blip this week, and my cd counsellor being away, i weighed on my aunties scales (which i do every week before class - sad ah) and have unofficially lost 2lb. I am ok withthis loss and from today till next tuesday weigh in will TRY very hard not to blip!

    From personal experience our bodies recover very quickly from blips! My losses are going great since back
    From holiday!

    i sometimes find a blip makes the next couple of weeks losses bigger for me, like it kicks my metabolism into shape or something. strange!

    also weight you have just put on (holiday weight) is the easiest weight to lose :)
