Hi all you lovely Lipo trimmers!!

Im not very well, i have a head cold and a dry tickly throat and have been up half the night only taking paracetamol. I feel lousey

Is there anything i can take apart from para's?

Hi Kate, sorry to hear you're unwell. Not sure what else you can take apart from paracetamol, if you have a sore throat have you tried gargling with warm diluted aspirin? Hope you feel better soon hun x x x

Sorry to hear you aren't well, I did CD which is same principle as LT and for a tickly cough I took diabetic cough syrup, Robitussin and no problem with ketosis. Hope you feel better soon.

I think everyone gets the sore throat on LT. Chemist advised me to take nurofen which I did and it sorted it out for me. Lipotrim say you can gargle with tcp.
