Well what a week, went to the hospital last week to have a scan, to check my coil was in situ. As some of you already know had problems with totm all way through LT, and even though been healthy eating for seven weeks still having problems. The DOC put me on some tablets to stop my period and boost my hormones. OMG I was terrible and moody and snappy, not like me, I also felt really bloated and suffered an awful headache. Anyway came off them and within two days, I am two pounds lighter and experiencing a heavy period once again, but we shall see what happens in a few days time. Got to go back to Docs and decide whether to have the coil taken out, as it was supposed to make totm lighter or nothing at all, which did work for about 8 months, just not now:sigh:. Despite everything still having the odd treat but diet going well now weigh 10.3 so that 7 pounds gone since going on refeed and healthy eating, not complaining at that, everyone keeps saying I have lost enough, but still would like to lose a few more pounds we shall see how it goes. Been using vibroplate and within two weeks have lost half inch of boobs, waist and bum, so all in all despite everything I am well happy.

What a pain for you. I hope you can get it sorted soon.

Sounds like you're doing okay despite everything though - good for you!

Which vibroplate are you using? Have you got your own? x

no just hired one Jan, dont think it's a really powerful one. I wanted to see how I got on with it, before buying, but seriously thinking about purchasing one now, there is one called crazy something which looks good for about 149 pounds so may invest, as I generally to knackered to go to the gym.
