    Thanks for all of you that offered advice and support, I put 0.5lb on this week :cry:, however, thanks to you all am gonna keep on it, as you said I'm lighter than I was :D. I think in hindsight I was probably not having 1/3 superfree food and was eating an extraordinary amount of fruit that I wouldn't ordinarily. Am starting Red, Green etc. today. Will someone have a peep at my menu to see how its going:
    breakfast - 2 x weetabix with banana & grapes;
    lunch - jkt pot with cott cheese & ff activia yogurt;
    evening meal - pasta with home made veg & tom sauce (sp?).
    Have got an emergency mug shot in my bag just incase. I intend on having a glass of wine tonight (8.5syns), I have a bottle of wine that lasts the whole weekend so justify it with 3 x 250mls = 750ml bottle @ 8.5syns a day Fri/Sat/Sun. and my 2nd HEB of 2 x Alpen Light bars. Gosh, how much info is that?lol

    best laid plans and all that, had mugshot for lunch and pasta n sauce with quorn fillet tonight.
