upping calories without gaining weight

I am getting closer to my goal, and, when I get there, I want to be able to raise my calories to the normal level without putting weight back on. Does anyone know how to do this or have any experience with it?:confused:
 
Did you know that the BMI you are aiming for is actually too low?

Not criticising just thought i'd point that out.

Less than 18.5 is actually underweight and can cause as many health problems as being overweight does. A true healthy BMI is between 20-25.

What diet are you using??
 
I am just cutting my calories. No specific diet. I know it is a little too low, but I am expecting to gain some weight back as I raise my calories.
